Nestled close to this mesmerizing city is Villa Agape, a charming venue that recently hosted a truly unforgettable event.
Sarah and Jimmy couldn’t have chosen a better place, and being chosen as their videographers for their wedding video was an honor and a pleasure.
The entire day was meticulously organized by Ben Singleton of Italy Weddings, ensuring every detail was perfect. Adding to the beauty of the occasion were the exquisite floral arrangements by Le Petit Jardin, which enhanced the already stunning surroundings.
Joanne Dunn, a talented photographer from the Amalfi Coast, was there to capture every precious moment of the day. Her photographs reflect the joy and beauty of the celebration, preserving memories that will last a lifetime.
GETTING READY
Sarah and Jimmy chose this idyllic location to celebrate their wedding day. We started filming at Villa Agape, capturing the couple’s preparations alongside a lively group of bridesmaids and groomsmen.
Sarah looked absolutely radiant, thanks to the expert makeup and hairstyling by Beauty Livery. Her elegance and grace were matched only by the sheer happiness she and Jimmy exuded throughout the day.
CEREMONY
Their journey began with an intimate ceremony at the Church of Santi Apostoli, located just behind the iconic Ponte Vecchio Bridge. A unique emotion to stroll through the streets of Florence’s city center, enjoying a gelato and playing tourists for a few hours. Following them during these moments was truly delightful, walking through Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi, and along the Arno River. Following their vows, the couple and their guests enjoyed a delightful dinner in the lush gardens of Villa Agape.
DINNER
The dinner was intimate yet deeply moving, with delicious food served at the top of the grand staircase, overlooking the hills of Florence. The speeches were an especially emotional moment that we made sure to capture in our video. One of the highlights of the evening was the breathtaking cake display by Delizia Ricevimenti, set at the foot of the grand Villa Agape’s staircase.
A truly moving moment was when all the guests started singing in chorus Can’t Take My Eyes Off You. It was such a special moment that we absolutely wanted to include in the video.
PARTY
The enchanting atmosphere continued as guests danced under the stars, celebrating the love and union of the happy couple.
The day culminated in a magical first dance to Nat King Cole’s timeless song, “Unforgettable,” perfectly capturing the essence of Sarah and Jimmy’s wedding day. It was inevitable to use this song as the soundtrack for our video to convey the same emotions of this incredible day.
It was a day filled with love, joy, and unforgettable moments, set against the backdrop of one of the world’s most beautiful cities.
